When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address where given, and the project details you choose to share. If you arrive via an advert we may also record the click identifier your browser passes to us, so we can tell which advertising works.
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out work you engage us for, and measure whether our advertising is effective. We do not use it for anything else.
Nobody, except service providers who help us operate — our website host, our email provider and our advertising platforms. We do not sell your information.
Enquiries that do not become jobs: 12 months. Records of completed work: as long as required for warranty and tax purposes.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email quintun@frost-tint.co.za and we will respond within 5 business days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
